SMN: AGM 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Scottish Mentoring Network will take place online (via Zoom) on Wednesday 14th December 2022 at 9.15 am.

Please register by emailing maureen@scottishmentoringnetwork.co.uk no later than 9am on Monday 12th December 2022.

All members are invited to attend the AGM.  If you or a colleague are unable to attend, please appoint our Chair to hold your organisation’s proxy. To do this, email maureen@scottishmentoringnetwork.co.uk no later than 9am on Monday 12th December 2022 using the following words.   

“I hereby confirm that we appoint the Chair of SMN, Alastair MacGregor, to hold the proxy for [insert organisation] for the purposes of the SMN AGM on 14th December 2022”

Please note that any proxies received after the deadline will be invalid and cannot be included in the quorum.
