'A Study of Faculty E-Mentoring'

Vilgar and Alegre (2006)

This study, detailed on the Mentoring Leadership and Resource Network website, seeks to assess the relative importance of a variety of factors associated with lecturers’ capability to maximise student performance. It also explores lecturers’ perception of how mentoring might benefit the development of their ability as teachers and how involvement in mentoring affected their perception of themselves as mentors to students.
